Аннотация


В статье анализируется генезис и содержание понятия «правовая культура» в его взаимосвязи с такими смежными понятиями, как «легальность», «культуры легальности», «правовое сознание», «правовая идеология» и др. Делаются выводы о перспективности исследования феномена правовой культуры в интегральном междисциплинарном поле.
