Новое в локальном электрохимическом анализе с прижимной ячейкой-датчиком (обзор)

Аннотация


Локальный электрохимический анализ (ЛЭА с прижимной ячейкой-датчиком (ПЯД) основан на электродекристаллизации исследуемого материала (металла, сплава, порошковой композиции, полупроводниковых структур и др.) на участке, ограниченном размером отверстия графитовой ПЯД, заполненной соответствующим электролитом, и регистрации силы тока растворения. Выделенная поверхность анализируемого материала или изделия является рабочим электродом, а графитовый корпус ячейки или специальный электрод, введенный в инертный корпус ячейки, – противоэлектродом. Выбором электролита и режима растворения определяется возможность исследования с помощью ЛЭА с ПЯД толщины слоя, поверхностного состава или распределения состава по толщине слоя материала на контролируемом участке, диаметром 1-2 мм.

Конструкция ПЯД и способы ее применения были разработаны в 60-х годах прошлого века коллективом авторов из Куйбышевского политехнического института (сейчас ФГБОУ ВО «СамГТУ») для кулонометрического контроля монослойных металлических покрытий на корпусах ручных часов, что выдвигало соответствующие требования к размеру корпуса ячейки и её контактного отверстия. Последующие исследования показали возможность контроля с помощью ЛЭА с ПЯД толщины многослойных металлических покрытий индивидуальными металлами различных изделий, состава покрытий бинарными сплавами за счет селективного растворения их компонентов в потенциодинамическом режиме, а также порошков и порошковых композиций, спрессованных в таблеточный электрод, контроля профиля распределения легирующей примеси в кремниевых эпитаксиальных структурах, толщины оксидных пленок, фазового состава образцов металлических сплавов и ряда других параметров применений.

В данной работе представлен обзор достижений в разработке теории, методологии, инструментария и практического применения локального электрохимического анализа за последнее десятилетие.
