Применение «омиксных» технологий для антидопингового контроля последних лет
Аннотация
Масштабный кризис в международном спорте, вызванный распространением коронавируса, привел к отмене многих крупных соревнований и лишил спортсменов доступа к тренировочным объектам. Это привело к ухудшению физической подготовки спортсменов, что способствовало увеличению возможности приема запрещенных веществ и методов для поддержания формы. Достижения науки последних лет в области «омиксных» технологий создают потенциальные риски их применения для улучшения спортивных результатов. Стали актуальными исследования по разработке новых аналитических методик идентификации допинга на основе последних достижений в области транскриптомики, протеомики, геномики и метаболомики. В обзоре обобщены и проанализированы новые подходы по обнаружению запрещенных в спорте веществ и методов на основе «омиксных» технологий. Результаты проведенных исследований могут быть использованы для повышения качества и эффективности современного допинг-контроля.
