О школе рентгенофизиков г. Ростова-на-Дону Посвящается 130-летию открытия рентгеновского излучения
Аннотация
Рассмотрен вклад рентгенофизиков г. Ростова-на-Дону (школа профессора М.А. Блохина) в развитие теоретических основ и практических приёмов применения рентгеноспектрального анализа (РСА). В обзоре детально рассмотрены особенности подготовки специалистов по РСА в Ростовcком-на-Дону государственном университете – РГУ (с 2006 г. – Южный федеральный университет – ЮФУ) и организации научно-исследовательской работы в этой области в г. Ростов-на-Дону. В начальный период (1960-1970 гг.) основное внимание уделялось проверке возможностей и совершенствованию новых для рассматриваемого периода способов анализа. Это способ Битти-Брисси, калибровки, стандарта-фона и добавок. дальнейшем приоритетными стали исследования, основанные на применении теоретических оценок матричных эффектов в рентгенофлуоресцентном анализе (РФА) (оценка вклада избирательного возбуждения в интенсивность аналитических линий, оценка влияния гетерогенности пробы и варианты учёта этого влияния на интенсивность аналитических линий для некоторых практических случаев, применение способа теоретических поправок). Развивались и такие направления, как использование рентгеновских спектров, возбуждаемых протонами и ионами; разработка аппаратуры для вариантов РФА с полным внешним отражением первичного излучения, а также - энергодисперсионных спектрометров со вторичными излучателями и применение этой аппаратуры на практике. Отмечен вклад в разработку и внедрение на предприятиях цветной металлургии автоматизированных систем аналитического контроля (АСАК) сотрудников Базовой научно-исследовательской лаборатории рентгеноспектрального анализа (БНИЛРА) при Ростовском университете. Кратко обсуждён вклад исследовательских групп, работавших под руководством М.А. Блохина, Н.Ф. Лосева и их учеников: В.Ф. Волкова, В.И. Чиркова, Ш.И. Дуймакаева, В.В. Друзя, Ю.И. Величко, В.П. Краснолуцкого, А.Л. Цветянского, М.И. Мазурицкого. Рентгенофизики, выпускники РГУ (и ЮФУ), работали в научных и производственных лабораториях Советского Союза, а в настоящее время продолжают работать – в России и других странах.
