DOI for Vol 4, No 3 (2017)

Due to the typographic error on our part, our DOI links corresponding to the articles in 3-rd issue of 4-th volume (2017) are temporary out of service. Unfortunately, the lady responsible for the DOI at our university (Okhezina E.A., refused to correct the typo until the February, 2018 due to the "extremely high workload". Though we do strive to do everything in our power to provide you with the best user experience, as it turns out, not everything is in our hands. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience which might have been caused by the whole situation.
