ОБЗОР ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ ПОСЛЕДСТВИЙ ПАНДЕМИИИ НА ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ БЛАГОПОЛУЧИЕ И ФИЗИЧЕСКУЮ АКТИВНОСТЬ СТУДЕНЧЕСКОЙ МОЛОДЕЖИ

Аннотация


В статье представлен обзор исследований относительно последствий пандемии на психологическое благополучие, физическую активность  и эмоциональные состояния студенческой молодежи. Дается развернутый анализ результатов исследований влияния пандемии и режима самоизоляции на изменение образа жизни студенческой молодежи, связанный с переходом на дистанционное обучение.  Представлены теоретические подходы, положенные в основу объяснения негативных эмоциональных состояний студенческой молодежи. Рассматриваются различия влияния пандемии на психологическое благополучие студенческой молодежи в зависимости от гендерного аспекта, возраста и уровня вовлеченности в занятия спортом. Проведенный  анализ исследований позволяет так же отметить важную роль конструктивных копинг-стратегий, которые в большей степени обеспечивали адаптацию к ситуациям неопределенности, вызванных режимом самоизоляции. Проведенный обзор исследований показывает, что студенты, вовлеченные в спортивную деятельность, были меньше подвержены негативным последствиям пандемии. В работе делается вывод о необходимости дальнейших исследований, направленных на изучение занятий физической культурой и спортом на  повышение адаптации студенческой молодежи к ситуациям неопределенности современного мира.
