ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ ЗДОРОВЬЕ КИТАЙСКИХ И РОССИЙСКИХ СТУДЕНТОВ

Аннотация


В статье рассматриваются некоторые распространенные проблемы с психическим здоровьем среди китайских и российских студентов, анализируются причины нарушения психического здоровья студентов и предлагаются пути улучшения психологического здоровья студентов. В традиционных китайских видах спорта заложена идея о гармонизации психологического и физического состояния людей, поэтому они могут рассматриваться как наиболее адекватные практики по сохранению здоровья и улучшению психического здоровья студентов.
